Elegance Living Celebrates Its Florida Senior Living Association

“Best of the Best” Award Winners, Virginia Vinson and Izaic Wright

Baltimore, MD – [SEPTEMBER 18, 2024] – Elegance Living announced the recognition of directors at two of its communities by the Florida Senior Living Association as 2024 “Best of the Best” award winners.

Virginia “Ginny” Vinson, Director of Sales and Marketing at Brentwood at Fore Ranch in Ocala, was named Sales and Marketing Director of the Year. Izaic Wright, Executive Director at Symphony at Stuart, received the Emily Adkins Bright Star Award, which is presented each year to an Executive Director under the age of 30.

Ginny has been the Director of Sales and Marketing at Brentwood at Fore Ranch for four years. “Ginny is deeply dedicated to helping families,” said Angela Hillert, the community’s Executive Director. “Whether it’s offering solutions or providing emotional support, she builds relationships that ensure families and residents feel truly cared for. It’s her heart and commitment to going the extra mile that make her truly deserving of this award.”

Izaic joined Symphony at Stuart just over a year ago, having advanced through several community-level and regional positions. “Izaic has demonstrated leadership well beyond his years,” said Austin Payne, Regional Vice President for Elegance. “From helping more families, to fostering best-in-class employee recognition and retention, to hosting “Jeopardy” for the residents every week, his ability to inspire others and lead by example is extraordinary. I can’t think of a more worthy recipient of this recognition.”

The “Best of the Best” awards are presented annually by the Florida Senior Living Association to members who exemplify the organization’s enduring mission to champion excellence in the senior living industry.
