Offering a comfortable, supportive and accessible environment, this boutique community will feature a serene, mid-century modern-inspired aesthetic with natural wood and stone materials and green living walls, and is designed to achieve GreenPoint Rated Gold Certification.
Day-to-day details are handled by a highly trained, informed and caring staff, so you have more time to participate in curated social, cultural and exercise opportunities, including continual learning and intergenerational arts programs. You’ll also enjoy seasonal, locally sourced, nutritious meals in a choice of dining venues.
Elegance Berkeley is taking shape at 2100 San Pablo Ave
We believe a thoughtfully designed environment filled with good neighbors and a caring staff, along with nutritious food, accessible exercise programs and opportunities to connect and engage every day, are the right combination for optimal living.
For older people living alone, these important elements can become harder to maintain – making home a challenging, unsafe, even lonely place to be.
That’s why we offer a community for older people where living is easier, surroundings are safer – and together is better.
FILLING OUR WORLD WITH GRATITUDE — ONE ACT OF GOODNESS AT A TIME.
See how we're working to achieve 2,022 collective deeds throughout the year — and learn how you can be part of it all!
Goods deeds goal: 2,022
