5 Stars - The facility is beautiful & well maintained. The staff and residents are caring, welcoming & friendly. The dining, happy hour, theater, activities & amenities are just what my dad needs to meet new friends & stay active. Brian has been extraordinarily helpful by answering all of our questions, helping with move in logistics, and troubleshooting wifi, TV, and miscellaneous items. I truly appreciate the updates Brian provided regarding my dad’s adjustment during the first few days. (9/2022) Update as of 8/2025 - The Atrium is still a nice place to live - other than the food which gets 1 star at most. My dad complains about the food every time we talk. He orders groceries from Walmart because meals are often inedible (undercooked, overcooked or served cold). Ingredients are not fresh & appear to be low quality. My dad is working with the Director to improve the food. She is very responsive but probably needs support from the corporate level to change suppliers or hire professional kitchen staff. Update as of 8/2026 - Meals have improved significantly! Thank you to the staff for listening to resident feedback & making changes.
Response from the owner:Hello Paula, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted your dad feels welcomed and supported, and we also value your insights on dining. Our team, including leadership, is committed to making meaningful improvements so every meal is truly enjoyable. Kind regards, Alison

It's been asked about 2 years or so, this is hands down the best place for Mom. She loves the dining, the activities, the lakeview, loves to watch the geese and LOVES Happy Hour! She truly is happy here and I'm very confident that she's getting the level of care that she needs and deserves.
Response from the owner:Thank you, C. Dani, for your five-star rating! We appreciate your support and are dedicated to providing excellent care and a welcoming environment at The Atrium at Serenity Pointe. Kind regards, Alison

Donnie the maintenance guy goes above and beyond with a smile on his face while he works quickly .We are blessed to have him !
Response from the owner:Thank you, Kim! We're so happy to hear that Donnie has made such a positive impact with his exceptional service. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. Your feedback means a lot to us! Warm regards, Alison
