Every new resident’s experience begins with a family tour of our community, where you’ll meet key staff members, see our shared spaces, and walk through an apartment. From there, our team will perform a functional evaluation to assess your family member’s individual care needs to make sure our community is a good fit, then create a customized plan for your family. When needed, moves can happen in just a few days. Welcoming new neighbors is one of our favorite things to do. Our Director of Resident Engagement will spend time getting to know your family member, learning about their interests, and will invite them to programs and events that feel like a good fit. We also have a special, personalized welcome gift waiting for them!
