4 IStarted this off with giving SYLVIA 5 STARS BECAUSE SHE IS OUTSTANDING,but my review of her seems to have disappeared. SHEIS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR EMPLOYEE - areal treasure. I ALSO WANT to give BRYAN a 5 STAR RATING. He is so helpful and experienced in every aspect of any problem that comes up, and is so quickly responds to any issue that is brought to him - even problems that might not be something in the usual ones he d deals with. He has such a pleasant agreeable helpful attitude, and quickly takes. care of the problem. and goes further to avoid future problems. I could go on and on complimenting him, but it still would not be enough. Barbara Zimmerman. I also want to recognnize Tom and Mike the therapists and give each of them a 5 star rating.They have both been very helpful and I have certainly improved greatly with their therapy, and would certainly like to continue or restart therapy when I can. Symphony Square, Sue Kelly and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Sue helped us discern what was best and always put my family’s interests first. We are so happy that our loved one has a home at Symphony Square!

5 stars are not enough for the wonderful experience I have had with this community. Susan Kelly was warm and professional from the moment we met. She took what was an otherwise sad and terrifying experience and made it something positive. Her knowledge about the community and ability to prepare me for what came next are unmatched. I am looking forward to seeing my loved one flourish with the help of this awesome team.
