We wanted to acknowledge the maintenance staff that work tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare the room for my Mom. Jesus and Henry have been so helpful and so patient. We have just completed moving our Mom into Elegance at Lake Worth and we could not be more impressed by the staff. The selection process was easy because Elegance felt like home immediately. Carly Richardson has been absolutely amazing! She answered every question, anticipated our needs and guided us through the process. The Reception Team has been very welcoming and attentive. The Nursing Staff is warm and friendly. The Dining Room staff has been fantastic, we have joined Mom for several meals and we enjoyed all of them. What else can I say about the Excellence of the Elegance staff!! Mom is adjusting beautifully and we are overjoyed.

We had to make the difficult decision to move our mom to memory care and out of the 5 local communities we toured, The Elegance at Lake Worth was the by far the best. The front office team was so helpful and truly helped in every way. Jennifer answered my late night call on her first night, Adnell communicated with me on his day off, and everyone is always happy and ready to help. The staff is wonderful at filling us in on what’s been going on and how she’s doing. The activity personnel are phenomenal at keeping the residents engaged and entertained. I actually enjoy participating when I’m there too. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
