Words cannot explain the excellent service of the management at Elegance. Jennifer, Pam, Stacy and Rose went above and beyond to make sure my father was taken care off, inside and outside of the facility. If I could give 100 stars I would. Everytime i walk into elegance i am always greeted with a smile and hello from all the staff. I highly recommend sending your loved one here. They will be well taken care of. ♥️♥️

Jennifer has been the greatest. She is warm, friendly, sincere and caring. She explained everything to my mom upon our tour and introduced mom to many people along the way. Everytime I visit mom and see Jennifer she is friendly, and wants to know if mom needs anything. Elegance is a gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to have a loved one live there. Elegance at Lake Worth is a wonderful place with wonderful people. From the moment we spoke to Jennifer on the phone to our tour a few days later we knew it was the best fit for our parents. We toured other assisted living communities but none of them had the warm and inviting "home" feel that this place has. We can't say enough about Elegance and its entire staff. The open arms welcome from Elcuby, Jennifer, and Carly helped make this decision easier. Jesus and Henry have been so helpful with the move in and set up process. Rona, Camila, and Kate do an amazing job getting the residents involved with activities and entertainment. The front desk staff- Belinda, Taj, and Lisa- always have a smile welcoming us the moment we walk in. The Health & Wellness staff with Rochelle, Carine, and their team, are so compassionate, kind, and eager to assist where needed. Maria, with housekeeping, is so friendly and she does a wonderful job keeping their apartment looking great. The culinary team is also great. They are all so attentive and friendly while waiting on the residents. Moving our parents to an assisted living residence has been a difficult decision, but we know that we made the best choice when we chose Elegance at Lake Worth.

During this season of gratitude and thankfulness, we wanted to give an update and a huge THANK YOU to the Elegance Staff. We can honestly say after 8 months of my parents living at Elegance, we are still incredibly pleased and know for certain this was the best decision. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful day in and day out. My parents say all the time how nice everyone is there. We second that! The staff does a great job making it a wonderful place to live. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Elcuby, Jennifer, Jesus, Rona, Kate, Camila, Belinda, Taj, Lisa, Tara, Julie, Sherry, Andy, Patricia, Jovany, Ana, Jessica and everyone else at Elegance for your caring heart. We are forever grateful, thankful, and blessed.

I just moved my mom into Elegance, and the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the very first phone call with Jennifer, I immediately knew that Elegance would be my mom's home. Every staff member is warm and inviting, and has welcomed me and my mom with a loving smile. This is such a huge change in a person's life, and everyone has made my mom's move into Elegance a wonderful experience for her.

This is a truly wonderful community. We placed my father in the memory care side. Jennifer and Gretchen helped make his move in process so easy. Julie has made sure his care and needs are met. The building is very clean and maintained. There is activities all day, everyday for them. My father receives excellent care from all the nurses and caregivers. We are truly happy we found this community for him. They have helped make his transition easy on everyone. Thank you everyone for your dedication to residents.

From the very first day until today, we knew this was the place for our mother to live. The community is absolutely beautiful, immaculate and safe. Our mother's apartment is a perfect size for her. The staff is AMAZING! I think it's impossible to single one person out, but, if I have to, it would be two people! Rona Eisenson and Cuby Avril. I live in RI and can't be with my mother all the time. I really don't know what I would do without them. They have been so helpful and I appreciate them both so much.
That said, EVERYONE I've ever spoken to or have dealt with have been friendly, warm and, above all, kind. The really do feel like family to me.
