We have found the staff all the way from the front desk to the servers and nurses to be very caring, supportive and friendly. My mom was in another facility and was very anxious and sad by the time we moved her out. The difference in her outlook and level of anxiety has been remarkable. She feels cared for and safe. From the look and feel of the facility to the nursing care, activities and in-house services, everything has been wonderful. It has been like coming to a warm welcoming home for my mom and our whole family is very relieved and appreciative.

Elegance at Lake Worth is a beautiful and welcoming Assisted Living and Memory Care community with a strong focus on engagement and lifestyle. Christy, the Sales Director, is warm, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel welcome. Residents are encouraged to stay connected and involved while receiving personalized support where needed. A wonderful community with a caring atmosphere!

We are extremely happy with the decision we made for our mother and she is very happy and safe at Elegance. It has made our lives much more balanced.

The staff help with making your loved one feel at home. They are compassionate and respectful to the residents. They have many activities and entertainment available for the residents to participate in in such as daily exercise , outings, religious services, biweekly Happy Hour, and much more. Highly Recommend!

Very warm and inviting community due to the staff being exceptional.

I had the opportunity to visit Elegence at Lake Worth last week. It’s a beautiful community and the staff is very friendly. I was there during lunch time and met with some of the residence and they all love the food and the environment and are very happy with the staff and accommodations.

When elegance was named the landings, before it was sold, it was a warm home environment. Not any longer!!! It is cold and uncaring. It was evident that the level of care was slipping dramatically over the last several months. As a result I had to move my mom to batter accommodations. Moving her out has been an ordeal which I can honestly say is symptomatic of the corporate problems. Emails go unanswered. Multiple voice mails not returned. And then demand emails do to not returning the voice mail messages which required their staff to take action. Moreover, the last straw was a snarky email looking for final payment which was made over a week ago. Simply put from their book keeping to transient staff (many staff members have found other employment) to caring for the residents avoid Elegance at all costs if you care about your loved one!!

Words cannot explain the excellent service of the management at Elegance. Jennifer, Pam, Stacy and Rose went above and beyond to make sure my father was taken care off, inside and outside of the facility. If I could give 100 stars I would. Everytime i walk into elegance i am always greeted with a smile and hello from all the staff. I highly recommend sending your loved one here. They will be well taken care of. ♥️♥️
