My parents have been living here since the middle of March. It has been a very welcoming experience since the first call was made to tour the facility all the way through to the move in day. Every visit my sister and I make to Elegance (almost everyday) we are greeted warmly by everyone. The entire staff is kind and patient with everyone. What felt like the worst decision we ever had to make has turned out to be the best decision for all of us because of the amazing caring staff.

Elegance at Lake Worth is a wonderful place with wonderful people. From the moment we spoke to Jennifer on the phone to our tour a few days later we knew it was the best fit for our parents. We toured other assisted living communities but none of them had the warm and inviting "home" feel that this place has. We can't say enough about Elegance and its entire staff. The open arms welcome from Elcuby, Jennifer, and Carly helped make this decision easier. Jesus and Henry have been so helpful with the move in and set up process. Rona, Camila, and Kate do an amazing job getting the residents involved with activities and entertainment. The front desk staff- Belinda, Taj, and Lisa- always have a smile welcoming us the moment we walk in. The Health & Wellness staff with Rochelle, Carine, and their team, are so compassionate, kind, and eager to assist where needed. Maria, with housekeeping, is so friendly and she does a wonderful job keeping their apartment looking great. The culinary team is also great. They are all so attentive and friendly while waiting on the residents. Moving our parents to an assisted living residence has been a difficult decision, but we know that we made the best choice when we chose Elegance at Lake Worth.

Great place to provide a dignified, caring, end of life, refuge.

My husband and I have been so impressed with Elegance at Lake Worth for so many reasons. We wanted to acknowledge the maintenance staff that work tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare the room for my Mom. Jesus and Henry have been so helpful and so patient. This facility is managed so well! Kudos to Elcuby Avril, the Director!!!

We have just completed moving our Mom into Elegance at Lake Worth and we could not be more impressed by the staff. The selection process was easy because Elegance felt like home immediately. Carly Richardson has been absolutely amazing! She answered every question, anticipated our needs and guided us through the process. The Reception Team has been very welcoming and attentive. The Nursing Staff is warm and friendly. The Dining Room staff has been fantastic, we have joined Mom for several meals and we enjoyed all of them. What else can I say about the Excellence of the Elegance staff!! Mom is adjusting beautifully and we are overjoyed.

We had to make the difficult decision to move our mom to memory care and out of the 5 local communities we toured, The Elegance at Lake Worth was the by far the best. The front office team was so helpful and truly helped in every way. Jennifer answered my late night call on her first night, Adnell communicated with me on his day off, and everyone is always happy and ready to help. The staff is wonderful at filling us in on what’s been going on and how she’s doing. The activity personnel are phenomenal at keeping the residents engaged and entertained. I actually enjoy participating when I’m there too. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Nice community, toured a lot of places and this place was welcoming, staff were happy, residents I spoke with were very pleased with living there and Carly was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and caring during the tour process. Would recommend Elegance

I have a family member here and the property and staff are excellent. Carly helped put my mind at ease when starting the process and I couldn’t thank her more for the support. 5 stars!! Thank you Carly!
