Do you offer incentives or promotions?

Can residents use Medicaid, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance?
Brookridge Heights is a private-pay community, offering a limited number of Medicaid-supported apartments for those who qualify. Veteran’s benefits, long-term care insurance, and certain life insurance policies are also welcome. Click here to learn more about financial resources for residents.
Are there costs for extra care and services?
Assisted living services, personal care, and memory support services are priced separately, and are determined based on an individual evaluation.
How often do prices increase?
Rental rates and level of care pricing typically adjust annually to meet rising costs and ensure your loved one receives our standard of care. However, as residents’ needs change, individualized care plan rates are adjusted accordingly. This can result in an increase or decrease in care fees.
How much notice do you provide for rent or care fees increases?
Families receive at least 30 days‘ notice with any increases in rent. Any changes in individualized care plans include a notice and individual care conference with our care team and Executive Director.
