Safety first! Brookridge Heights was purposefully designed to include wide walkways, handrails, electronic doors, optimized lighting, and more. How does Brookridge Heights monitor fire and security systems?
Our community is staffed around-the-clock with trained team members on site to monitor our fire and life safety systems, and to activate evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
What surveillance or entry controls are in place?
24-hour staffing is on-site to support resident safety and operations. Team members are available at all times and a front desk concierge is present during designated hours. Access to the community is controlled through keys, fobs, or passcodes issued only to residents and authorized staff. Community entrances are secured after hours, with monitored access procedures in place to help prevent unauthorized entry while allowing residents, guests, and staff to enter safely as needed. These measures are designed to promote a secure, welcoming environment while respecting resident independence and privacy.
How do you manage falls or emergencies?
Our specially trained staff is on site 24/7/365 to support residents through falls, illness, and medical emergencies. We never hesitate to call 911 if a resident needs more advanced care. Learn more about our safety commitment here.

Do you have a backup power source and natural disaster plan?

Yes. Residents are provided with a key to their private apartment.
How do you keep the environment calming for residents who become agitated easily?
