I love the attention that the staff gives to the residents. Their genuine efforts to keep them engaged and busy in heart warming ways is outstanding. Thank you for allowing me to meet some friends and mentors while in St Augustine! Laura S.
I am very pleased to say that I work at Symphony at St. Augustine. The nurses, care staff, activities, dining services, housekeeping, concierge and managers/directors are all very nice. I enjoy the residents company when I work. Very pretty... facility.read moreDallas S.

Best little Assistance Living in St Augustine. Raquel M.
I enjoyed my time at this community!! Everyone was so nice!! Highly recommend billyellen413
We are generally pleased with the care given our parents here, especially by Cora (A+ for her). However, due to the high volume of turnover which sadly is systemic in the industry we deducted two stars. The staff are caring but underpaid and... overworked and that sometimes results in less than an ideal situation.I am adding to my review because I want to convey my gratitude to Chrissy Singletary, especially, for her kindness and compassion at the end of both my parents lives. They were both residents at Symphony- dad for over 3 years and mom almost 4. Both eventually became hospice patients and both were able to pass in their room- their home- at symphony. Chrissy really went the extra mile to make sure they would not have to pass in a strange place- another facility where nobody knew them. Instead they were surrounded by not only their children and family, but also the family at Symphony. All of the staff who have been so kind and loving to them through the years were able to give hugs and you could see the love between them and both mom and dad as they said their good byes. We are so extremely grateful for all of the staff- from the kitchen staff, Javier the maintenance director, the concierge staff, the wonderful, wonderful activities staff, Anna and Lana who truly go above and beyond to keep the residents lives full of activity and laughter and the med techs and all of the staff who so lovingly care for the residents. Seantol, Curtis, Rachel, Cora, Laura, Sara, Robin, Debbie and so many others over four years. I’m sorry if I missed someone. We are truly grateful for the care and we feel we couldn’t have chosen a better place for mom and dad. We wish they would have been able to stay independent and live in their own home but for so many that is just not possible. Symphony became their home and they were surrounded by love and of that we are sure.read more
