This is a truly wonderful community. We placed my father in the memory care side. Jennifer and Gretchen helped make his move in process so easy. Julie has made sure his care and needs are met. The building is very clean and maintained. There is activities all day, everyday for them. My father receives excellent care from all the nurses and caregivers. We are truly happy we found this community for him. They have helped make his transition easy on everyone. Thank you everyone for your dedication to residents.

From the very first day until today, we knew this was the place for our mother to live. The community is absolutely beautiful, immaculate and safe. Our mother's apartment is a perfect size for her. The staff is AMAZING! I think it's impossible to single one person out, but, if I have to, it would be two people! Rona Eisenson and Cuby Avril. I live in RI and can't be with my mother all the time. I really don't know what I would do without them. They have been so helpful and I appreciate them both so much.
That said, EVERYONE I've ever spoken to or have dealt with have been friendly, warm and, above all, kind. The really do feel like family to me.

Great facility. Our sales rep Jennifer Roche was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about insurance and went above and beyond. The facility is top notch.

After MONTHS of research, I finally found the perfect place for my parents to call home, Elegance Assisted Living. Moving my parents from their home of 27 years was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make and entrusting others with my parents’ daily care and well-being was HARD, but from the moment they arrived at Elegance, I knew we had made the right choice.
The kindness, friendliness, and genuine warmth from the entire team has been incredible. Jen Roche, Cuby, Rona, Jesus, and Belinda have each gone out of their way to make my parents feel like part of a family, not just residents. Their constant smiles, helpfulness, and attention to detail have truly made this transition easier than I could’ve ever imagined. Everyone has been so accommodating, always going above and beyond to meet my parents’ needs to help make them feel comfortable and cared for. The community has a wonderful, homey feel with excellent food and engaging activities that keep my parents happy and involved.

I’ve been so impressed with Elegance of Lake Worth. With me living out of state, I feel rest assured that my mom is getting the best care possible. Their staff and team have gone the extra mile on several occasions to make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of right. The interior and grounds are beautiful, and the location was centrally located for our needs. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is next level! I’m so thankful for Elegance.

My brother Steve has been a resident at Elegance for almost a year now.... It was the best move we could have made..... Every staff member is so warm and friendly.... The Three Musketeers which we call them go above and beyond anything one could imagine.... Elcuby Avril , Jennifer Roche and Rona Eisenson greet everyone with the warmest smile , they are always attentive to any ones requests with a quick response, and they make everyone feel like family..... I can go on for days writing about my family's incredible experience with Elegance and the staff there, especially Jennifer, our go to! We, as with most family's, I'm sure, have been having a very difficult time with getting my father to agree to go into an assisted living facility. Jennifer has gone way above and beyond to help us through the process. She truly cares and has made herself available whenever we had any questions or concerns and addressed them immediately. I was at the point that I even wanted to move in there myself 😊

Move in day is tomorrow and not only is my father not fighting us, but with Jennifer's help, he's looking forward to it! I'm looking forward to posting an even better review after he's been there for a little while.
