I’ve been so impressed with Elegance of Lake Worth. With me living out of state, I feel rest assured that my mom is getting the best care possible. Their staff and team have gone the extra mile on several occasions to make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of right. The interior and grounds are beautiful, and the location was centrally located for our needs. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is next level! I’m so thankful for Elegance.

My brother Steve has been a resident at Elegance for almost a year now.... It was the best move we could have made..... Every staff member is so warm and friendly.... The Three Musketeers which we call them go above and beyond anything one could imagine.... Elcuby Avril , Jennifer Roche and Rona Eisenson greet everyone with the warmest smile , they are always attentive to any ones requests with a quick response, and they make everyone feel like family..... I can go on for days writing about my family's incredible experience with Elegance and the staff there, especially Jennifer, our go to! We, as with most family's, I'm sure, have been having a very difficult time with getting my father to agree to go into an assisted living facility. Jennifer has gone way above and beyond to help us through the process. She truly cares and has made herself available whenever we had any questions or concerns and addressed them immediately. I was at the point that I even wanted to move in there myself 😊Move in day is tomorrow and not only is my father not fighting us, but with Jennifer's help, he's looking forward to it! I'm looking forward to posting an even better review after he's been there for a little while.

My parents have been living here since the middle of March. It has been a very welcoming experience since the first call was made to tour the facility all the way through to the move in day. Every visit my sister and I make to Elegance (almost everyday) we are greeted warmly by everyone. The entire staff is kind and patient with everyone. What felt like the worst decision we ever had to make has turned out to be the best decision for all of us because of the amazing caring staff.

Elegance at Lake Worth is a wonderful place with wonderful people. From the moment we spoke to Jennifer on the phone to our tour a few days later we knew it was the best fit for our parents. We toured other assisted living communities but none of them had the warm and inviting "home" feel that this place has. We can't say enough about Elegance and its entire staff. The open arms welcome from Elcuby, Jennifer, and Carly helped make this decision easier. Jesus and Henry have been so helpful with the move in and set up process. Rona, Camila, and Kate do an amazing job getting the residents involved with activities and entertainment. The front desk staff- Belinda, Taj, and Lisa- always have a smile welcoming us the moment we walk in. The Health & Wellness staff with Rochelle, Carine, and their team, are so compassionate, kind, and eager to assist where needed. Maria, with housekeeping, is so friendly and she does a wonderful job keeping their apartment looking great. The culinary team is also great. They are all so attentive and friendly while waiting on the residents. Moving our parents to an assisted living residence has been a difficult decision, but we know that we made the best choice when we chose Elegance at Lake Worth.
