🏆👨🍳 Kudos to Executive Chef Joshua Dunham and the culinary team at Symphony at Centerville in Dayton, Ohio, who earned 🥇 First Place 🥇 in the Ohio Health Care Association "Mystery Box Culinary Competition" – besting teams from 23 other senior living communities! Challenged with crafting an entire menu from a box of mystery ingredients, Chef Dunham and team produce a plated entrée, side dish, salad, and dessert that wowed the judges.
