My mother was a resident at Symphony Manor and just passed away at the young age of almost 97. The reason she moved there was it is a beautiful facility and we read so many amazing reviews of the care givers, the administration and the facility. So many of the care givers have been there for many years which we thought was a good sign. Symphony Manor turned out to be an amazing experience for my mother and we found all of the reviews to be true. The care givers were all so very caring, the facility beautiful, the administration, nurses, thank you Keisha and Vicki, dining staff (my mother enjoyed her meals), Gina, Ashley, Amber, Stacey, Catriona, (I am sure I am forgetting some) are amazing, answer questions immediately, they all really try to make this a wonderful place for our elderly. They also have very nice entertainment and holiday functions. Thank you so much to all of you at Syphony Manor!
Response from the owner: Dear Mary, Thank you for your heartfelt words and for trusting Symphony Manor with your mother’s care. We’re deeply sorry for your loss and honored to have been part of her journey. Your appreciation means the world to our entire team. Warm regards, Alison

I toured Symphony Manor and really loved the upbeat, warm and energetic vibe from the staff. What stood out (and what I value most) is the focus and knowledge on memory care… understanding the needs of someone with cognitive decline, and finding ways to provide an enjoyable quality of life.
Response from the owner: Thank you Betsy for your wonderful review! We're delighted you appreciated our staff's energy and our focus on memory care. Warm regards, Alison

I have had occasion to visit Symphony Manor on multiple occasions over the years. The facility is beautiful, always clean and beautiful. But beyond that, the staff is warm, caring and knowledgeable. The residents are well-cared for and happy because the staff always have their best interests at heart. Ashley Hartlove is particularly amazing. She brings such warmth, creativity and enthusiasm to her passionate service to the patients. Keep up the good work!
Response from the owner: Thank you so much for taking time to review Symphony Manor. We're delighted to hear your positive feedback on our beautiful facility and the warm, caring staff We'll be sure to pass on your compliments to Ashley Hartlove. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Kathleen
