The food is excellent! Made from scratch, served hot, no wait, tastes great! And I can’t say enough about the courteous staff. They are always smiling. I can’t say enough about the staff in all departments regarding their friendliness, willingness to help, and professionalism. And clean!!! I am a physical therapist who has worked in assisted living facilities for 25 years, including luxury, and they can’t hold a candle to SAP. Not even close.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Marisa! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the food and appreciated our staff's friendliness and professionalism. Your kind words mean a lot to us, especially coming from someone with your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Warmly, Alison

I just had THE best ribs! Came to have a family lunch with my mom. The staff is outstanding. Chef Derrick came and introduced himself. Wonderful lunch. Delicious!!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Amy! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the ribs and had a wonderful family lunch with us. It's great to know our staff and Chef Derrick made your visit special. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back soon! With gratitude, Alison

The people at St. Augustine Plantation take really good care of my mom and mother-in-law. They are patient, kind, and respectful to the residents. They always speak to my mom, hold her hand, give her a hug, and get her where she needs to be. And I can tell that my mom enjoys and appreciates the attention. I cannot single out just one person, as to me, they are all wonderful. So I am putting all of their names down that I know, in alphabetical order - please forgive me if any are misspelled or if I have forgotten someone:
Bree, Chef, Elizabeth, Jared, Katie(?), Kelce, Kree, Lulu, Megan, Mikayla, Mimi, Nicole, Niqua, Octavia, Preesha, Shayla, Sylvester, Tamarian, T, Tammie, Teka, Tniyah, Sylvester, Sunshine, Tyler, Weeka.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Regina, for sharing your heartfelt experience! It's wonderful to hear that your mom and mother-in-law are receiving such compassionate care. Your kind words about our team mean a lot, and we'll be sure to pass along your appreciation to everyone mentioned. We're grateful to have the opportunity to care for your loved ones. Warm regards, Alison
