Like many families, we reached a very difficult and emotional time when our mom began showing signs of dementia. We were increasingly concerned about her day-to-day life and the challenges of living alone. We researched and visited several memory care communities, and Symphony stood out above the rest. From the very beginning, Chrissy at Symphony was incredibly caring, patient, and understanding as we navigated such a difficult decision. What stood out to us most was how genuinely she and the entire staff cared about the residents and the community. We could see that this was more than just a job to them—they truly cared about the people they were serving. They made what could have been an overwhelming transition for our mom feel much easier and more comfortable. In a very short period of time, we noticed an incredible improvement in her quality of life. Seeing her happier, more engaged, and well cared for has given our entire family tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful to Chrissy and the entire team at Symphony for the compassion, care, and support they have shown our mom and our family. We truly feel we made the right decision for her.

Nurse Kris on staff is amazing and very caring. I want to recognize Nurse Kris for the wonderful care she provides. She is an excellent communicator, always keeping me updated and making sure I understand every step of my mother’s care. She is very conscientious about giving medicines on time and is consistent and reliable in her approach. Most importantly, she works together with me as a true partner, listening carefully to my concerns and helping to address my mother’s needs with compassion and professionalism. Her dedication and teamwork have made a real difference in my mother’s comfort and well-being. ⸻ My family and I think Nurse Bev is a wonderful person. I’m so grateful for the care Nurse Bev gives my mom. She’s such a good communicator and always takes the time to explain things clearly and kindly. I really appreciate how conscientious she is about giving medications right on time, which gives me such peace of mind. What means the most, though, is how she works with me as a partner — listening, supporting, and helping to make sure my mom’s needs are met with compassion and respect. Her care has truly made a difference for both my mom and me.
