What a wonderful place ... and the staff is terrific. I had to move my mom from out of state, our move in date had to be changed several times...Brian, the move in coordinator was fantastic. Incredibly helpful in assisting me with the... details.I've had family members in other facilities ...at the Atrium you feel as if you are at a resort. The interior is beautiful, and great views of the lakes. The ambiance of the Atrium makes visiting there enjoyable ... you never get the feeling of being in a cold, "institution".Mom has been there two months, and I visit at least twice a week. Every staff person that I have encountered has been wonderful ... the nurses, administration and wait staff.I dine with her each time I am there ... a very nice menu with variety, she is really enjoying the food! The dining area is beautiful with views of the lake.The services they provide has made things so much easier for me ... I have been able to add levels of support given my mom's challenges.I looked at (and experienced) other facilities here in Arkansas and out of state. I feel so very fortunate to have found the Atrium...when I first walked in I thought "I could live here". That says it all.read moreP T.
The facility is beautiful & well maintained. The staff and residents are caring, welcoming & friendly. The dining, happy hour, theater, activities & amenities are just what my dad needs to meet new friends & stay active. Brian has been... extraordinarily helpful by answering all of our questions, helping with move in logistics, and troubleshooting wifi, TV, and miscellaneous items. I truly appreciate the updates Brian provided regarding my dad’s adjustment during the first few days.read moreAngel N.
