Imagine an elegant new community for seniors situated in a European-Style neighborhood, with quaint shopping, beautiful tree lined streets, and established family residences. Welcome to Empress Senior Living! We offer a boutique senior living residence with the features and service of a fine hotel. Built in 2021, Empress Senior Living is a new Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of North East Seattle. The architectural design pays homage to the classic neighborhood masonry commercial buildings common in Seattle neighborhoods with housing above the store. The goal was to achieve a familiar scale and character that would blend into the surrounding residential neighborhood by the careful selection of the building colors and materials. Locating the Bistro, Dining Room, and many of the active uses of the community at street level, Empress will make its own contribution to the pedestrian realm in an already vibrant neighborhood shopping district.

Our Philosophy

Empress Senior Living is a true boutique senior living residence. This extra attention gives Empress Senior Living a special responsiveness that other senior living communities cannot match. We are not part of a big chain and our residents and families notice this by our quick, decisive response to their needs. This also allows us to customize the culinary experience of our residents.
