Situated on quiet, wooded acreage in our nation’s oldest city, Symphony at St. Augustine is a vibrant senior living community located near Flagler Hospital, Baptist South and Memorial Hospital as well as St. Augustine Outlet Mall and Shoppes at St. George Street. Wake up every day in a safe, intentionally designed living space. We tend to the cooking, housekeeping and home maintenance so you can participate in social, cultural and exercise programs including “Travelogue,” “Zumba,” painting and woodworking. Choose from a menu of seasonal, nutritious chef-prepared dishes in our beautiful dining room.

Enjoy discreet, supportive care, a maintenance-free lifestyle including scheduled transportation, and boutique amenities. Spend every day living fully and experiencing greater well-being.

Our Philosophy

We believe a thoughtfully designed environment filled with good neighbors and a caring staff, along with nutritious food, accessible exercise programs and opportunities to connect and engage every day, are the right combination for optimal living.

For older people living alone, these important elements can become harder to maintain – making home a challenging, unsafe, even lonely place to be.

That’s why we offer a community for older people where living is easier, surroundings are safer – and together is better.

I’ve worked in senior living for over a decade. And visiting communities and seeing the care and compassion our teams offer each and every day will never stop warming my heart! I had an absolutely wonderful visit to one of our communities today and... just had to take a minute to brag on the team at Symphony St. Augustine. From the warm welcome from the concierge when I arrived to seeing the residents happy and smiling while engaged in activities to the food at lunch time! The attention to detail. The cleanliness. The care. Everything was top notch. Sincerely, to the entire team, thank you for all you do each and every day! We appreciate you!read more

It's a tough decision to move a loved one to an assisted living facility. My wife and I struggled with the decision for months. COVID didn't & doesn’t help matters. Once we determined that this was the best move for my mother, then comes the... decision of where for her to go. We looked all over Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast. Symphony came highly recommended. I must say that they have more than exceeded our high expectations. The Chrissy (Director of Nursing) takes a personal interest in her residents as does her nursing staff. They are outstanding. You see it when they deal with the residents. They are patient, caring and loving, calling the residents by their names, and doing whatever they can to make their stay comfortable. They keep you informed of changing conditions of your loved one. The facility is spotless, and the maintenance staff bends over backwards to make the facility inviting. Their activities director constantly has something engaging for the residents. The food is very well prepared. We stop buy two to three times a week to visit, unannounced, and are always met with a warm friendly smile from the Alison, Sara, Laura and the office staff. Symphony is one of the best decisions we have made. We could not take care of my mother as well as they more

I recently called 3 ALFs in St. Augustine to ask some questions about memory care because my mother-in-law is showing some early symptoms. The first 2 places I called were very eager to get me off the phone once I stated that I didn't want to... provide any contact information at this time. This was very disheartening as this is such a scary time for our family. However, when I called Symphony, I spoke with Jeri Lynn and she was very helpful and professional. When I shared that I wasn't ready to give my information, she said it wasn't a problem and she answered my questions. She mentioned a monthly virtual dementia program they offer. She also told me about some websites to look at stating that it is important to find valid information. I could tell that she really cared. I felt better after our conversation and know that as we get closer to looking for a place for Rose, I will be calling more

Symphony of St Augustine is the best memory care community around . My father has been a resident for 4 months and loves it there . The place is spotless ! Activities and food are amazing . However , the one thing that truly stands out is the... Director of nursing - Chrissy . I have her personal cell phone number and am able to call her anytime I have a question or concern . She genuinely cares about my dad and his well being . She has communicated about medication changes , his current state in regards to his depression and even fixed his glasses ! It's a beautiful community !read more

I highly recommend Symphony at Saint Augustine. When I walk in to see my mom, I can feel the love every staff member in every department shows the residents. It gives me much piece of mind that my mom is happy there and is well taken care of. I... would like to mention Anna Tenorio, the Activity Director and her staff Luna and Cielo. The activities they plan are unbelievable. They are so talented in what they do. They give the residents the ability to enjoy life again. It’s an amazing facility. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️read more
