If your loved one is not thriving in their senior living community, you should strongly consider a move to Elegance at Hamilton Hill. Set in the quaint, historic, safe and peaceful setting of the former Hamilton Air Force Base, Elegance sits atop... an oak-lined hill occupying the renovated former military hospital. The renovations preserved the historic features while adding all the modern amenities and state of the art infrastructure one would expect of a modern senior living community.When you walk through the entrance, you know you have arrived. The artwork is stunning, furnishings are modern with clean lines, and the environment is open, grand, filled with light and impeccably clean.Most importantly however, are the staffing and services that Elegance provides. My parent arrived from another facility lonely, isolated and withdrawn. In their prior setting, my parent had not made any connections with fellow residents, participated in any activities and remained isolated in their room sleeping or eating alone day after day. After just 2 weeks at Elegance, they are engaged fully with both residents and staff, eating communally, learning and enjoying themselves. Elegance offers a full roster of stimulating daily activities from movement exercises, reading groups, entertainment, singing and of course music and movies. My parent comments: "There is always something to do. I love eating with the other residents and the food is fantastic. The staff are gentle, intelligent and kind. I am so happy here. I didn't think that I would ever be this happy again." When your parent is here, the burden of worry is lifted and you can feel confident that your loved one is safe in the careful hands of caring, attentive and professional, well-trained staff.
