Mom has lived at Symphony for a year and a half and the experience has been positive. There is a core staff of employees that we have gotten to know who make it homey. I’m always impressed that they know real time information even when I make unexpected calls or visits and they know and care about mom.

Special shout out to Mariah and Michelle who manage various enjoyable activities for the residents and to Bethany for creating baking experiences and to Michelle and Debbie who manage reception. The leadership from Robin and Nicia are evident and appreciated.

I feel confident in mom’s care and her safety and whenever I have raised any concern it is immediately addressed.

There is nothing easy about experiencing your parent going through memory loss, but the staff at Symphony has demonstrated care and understanding with the residents and their families. If anything, I’d like them to keep me even more informed of mom’s progression and help me to be a better supporter where they see fit. I do appreciate they seem to have created an environment without judgment which I appreciate. The staff’s work is clearly difficult but also rewarding and I can see that the staff is held accountable to provide good care. That gives me peace of mind.

I give 4 vs 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. Food is good but mom sometimes complains. Laundry sometimes gets lost. And my biggest concern is that there is no reliable systematic way to make immediate contact with staff. Too much reliance on the reception staff when available or interpersonal texting to specific individuals even during their off hours. For the $ paid, there needs to be a well communicated process to call in and get someone when needed va sometimes having to leave a message on the general phone number and hoping for a prompt reply.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Chris, for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're pleased to hear that your mom has had a positive experience at Symphony and that our staff, including Mariah, Michelle, Bethany, Debbie, Robin, and Nicia, have made a meaningful impact. We appreciate your suggestions, which I've shared with leadership. Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our services. Warm regards, Alison

I loved this place for my dad. It is very clean, and the staff is great. The only real downfall is they do not accept Medicaid, so we had to move my dad once the money ran out.
Response from the owner:Thank you Anne for your kind words about our team and community. We're grateful we could care for your dad and truly appreciate your feedback. We understand transitions are difficult and wish your family all the best moving forward. Warmly, Alison
